  • DAVID VICTOR is professor of law at Stanford Law School and a senior fellow at FSI, where he directs the Program on Energy and Sustainable Development. His work centers on the environmental and geopolitical consequences of energy use. Before coming to Stanford in 2001, he directed the science and technology program at the Council on Foreign Relations in New York, where he remains adjunct senior fellow and director of the task force on energy.
